Axel Marena was born in Switzerland on 28 October 1996. His parents discovered his talent for singing at a very young age. He inherited the musical talent of his parents, Fabrice Umiglia-Marena, the oboist of the Luzerner Sinfonie Orchestra for 22 years, and Anne-Christine Vandewalle, a cellist at the Luzerner Sinfonie Orchestra and Festival Strings Lucerne. Both of his parents provided him with unwavering support, encouraging him to pursue his musical studies and stay committed to his goals. Axel's grandparents were also passionate singers, contributing to his early exposure to music and singing.
